2019 Volunteer Assignment Listing
Below is the 2019 volunteer listing in alphabetical order.
As a quick reference, here is a break down of report times, duties for each assignment and who you will be reporting to. In addition, all volunteers will check in at the registration area. Please follow the signs on the right hand side of the building. In addition, anyone who can come early before their assignment we could use your help setting up. All volunteers should be checked in no later than 7:30 am
All volunteers, except security and a limited number of other staff will be asked to be out front for the opening ceremony and group photo promptly at 8:30am

Registration Area- You will be working the registration area. Your report time is 6:40 am and you will be inside for the first portion of the morning. Once registration is complete, we will ask if you would like to be put into any other assignments, especially runners and site clean up. You will report to Jeff Burkhart first thing in the AM to review the tablets
EMS Station- You will be working within the EMS system on the day of the event. You should have already been given your assignment. You should be arrive by 7:30am. You will report to Jason Tiffin.
Merchandise- You will be staffing the Climb Store. The store will open at 7 am and run through the day until 11 am. You will be reporting to Karla Banas
Walk in their Boots- You will be staffing the Walk in their Boots. We will have items there for the kids to have once they complete their evolution. We ask that you be checked in by 7:30 am so we can get you in place and set up. You will be reporting to Dave Jones
Water Station- You will be staffing the various water stations or acting as a runner to fill the water jugs. You will be tasked with setting up the table, keeping the area clear of trash and ensuring the floors remain dry and safe from hazards. You will be reporting to Denise Doucette
Security Staff- You should arrive by 7 am to begin maintaining a sense of situational awareness. Uniform personnel will be onsite but you will act as an extra set of eyes to assist with any arising security issues. One person will be posted at the entrance door at all times. You will report to Bud Koss
Brotherhood Bash Staff- You will be asked to attend the after party at Sickenberger Lane. This will need to be held by multiple people as the Bash this year starts at 2 pm with the band starting at 6 pm. You are asked to show up during the climb and check in to get your shirt for the day. If you want to help during the day, you are welcome to assist with where we need help. Board staff will be onsite to help guide you
Other listed items- We have various assignments throughout the day. Often times, these assignments are limited in the amount of time needed, however you will be used as a floater/extra set of hands to fill in where needed. Significant help is needed the morning of the climb to set up the stage and get everything in order. Many of you will be assigned to either Bud Koss or Mark Walts depending on your assignment.
