REQUIREMENTS

You must be registered for one of these chosen fields of study
  • Emergency/First Responder (Fire, Police, EMS)
  • Early Education (Elementary Education)
  • Health Care Field (Hospital Setting as Health Care Provider)
**Limited to a school district who has had a climber/volunteer participate in the event in the last two years**

Three (3) letters of reference
  • One of the three letters must be from a volunteer or climber who participated in a previous years Memorial Stair Climb event
Essay
  • No less than 500 words / not more than 1,000 words
  • Give an explanation about how 9/11 impacted you
  • How you believe 9/11 has changed America
  • How you anticipate being able to tell future generations about what happened on 9/11
